Profile
How to update your display name, photo, username, and account email.
Opening settings
Click your avatar or username in the top-right corner of any Tebemo page, then click Settings. The settings modal opens on the Profile tab.
Display name
Your display name is shown in the editor, on collaboration cursors, and in share notifications. Click the Display name field, type the new name, and click Save.
Profile photo
A square photo (JPEG, PNG, or WebP, max 3 MB) displayed next to your name. If you skip a photo, your initial is shown instead.
- Upload — click Upload photo and select an image file.
- Remove — click Remove photo to go back to the initial.
Username
Your username is used in board URLs and share links. It must be unique across all Tebemo accounts.
Email address
Your login email is shown on the Profile tab. To change it:
- Click New email, enter the new address, and click Send confirmation.
- Check the new inbox for a confirmation link and click it.
- Your login email updates to the new address once confirmed.
Your login email stays the same until you click the link. To cancel a pending change, click Cancel change.
If you signed in with Google, your email is managed by Google and cannot be changed here.
